What: Aurora’s fourth annual indulgence of food, wine and song to mark the traditional date of Mardi Gras, Carnival and Shrove Tuesday.
The theme for the event is 8 on 88. 8 delectable performances and 88 keys (with the baby grand piano taking centre stage. The following performers will appear at the event:

- Christopher Green (Tina C, Ida Barr)
- Phil Scott (The Wharf Revue)
- Jeremy Brennan (Jersey Boys),

- Liesel Knievel (Hard Boiled Lolly, Six Quick Chicks)
Acclaimed Sydney chef Peter Conistis has designed a modern Mediterranean feast for the event, and will be head chef for the night.
